A Perfect Solution for Tile AdhesionTile adhesive is a ready-mix, ready to use, self-curing dry mix product especially designed for robust adhesion. This thin-set  le adhesive is a dry mix product made of cement, polymers, fillers, and fine graded sand suitable for residen al, and commercial floor and wall applica ons. Tile adhesives are used for fixing  les on the walls, floors, etc., which may have any type of cured cemen  ous substrate.

As per site condition, add the tile adhesive to 25 – 30% of water and mix it thoroughly for 5 to 8 minutes to obtain a homogeneous lump free mixAfter mixing, allow it to stand for 3 - 5 minutes and remix thoroughly before applying to the substrate.Surface to be tiled must be clean, free from contamination and preferably pre-wet the substrate slightly with water before application.
Apply the homogeneous mix with notched trowel and spread evenly over the substrate to obtain an even bed thickness for better contact, bonding and consumption.
Ensure thin bed application 3 – 6 mm depending upon the planeness of the substrate.
Now start laying the tiles over the evenly spread adhesive bed and ensure proper contact with the adhesive by applying minimal pressure.
Do not use or disturb the laid area at least for 24 hrs and post this,  ll the gaps between the tiles with tile grout and allow it to cure. After curing, wash the tiles with mild detergent and wipe it to obtain a clean surface.
It’s always recommended that the mixed adhesive should be consumed within 2-3 hours.
